Transportation services are provided from door to door within the city of San Francisco, as well as designated areas in San Mateo County and Marin County, ensuring convenient access for our participants. Our dedicated drivers operate a fleet of modern vans, including spacious 12, or 6-passenger vehicles, equipped to provide a comfortable and safe journey for all. Additionally, wheelchair participants are accommodated through our partnership with SF Paratransit, ensuring accessibility for individuals with mobility needs
Golden State Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC) is an organization dedicated to offering comprehensive healthcare, rehabilitation, social support services, nutritious meals, and transportation to our participants. Golden State ADHC is an approved Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) provider.
Participants engage in enriching social interactions with peers who share similar age and backgrounds, while taking part in therapeutic recreational activities that promote a healthy and independent lifestyle. Above all, services are provided at no cost to eligible recipients of Medi-Cal.

The entire program cost may be covered by Medi-Cal Managed Care Health Plan. Participants who are not covered by Medi-Cal may enroll with customized charge as a (Private Pay).
