- Social Worker. MSW or Internship. DSM-5 diagnosis, care plans, MediCal documentation, adult case management, bilingual in English and Spanish or Chinese or Russian.

For Eligible Individuals
The entire program cost may be covered by Medi-Cal Managed Care Health Plan. Participants who are not covered by Medi-Cal may enroll with customized charge as a (Private Pay).
