Our program is entirely FREE for eligible participants covered by Medi-Cal.
Approved CBAS Provider
Golden State ADHC/CBAS is an approved Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) provider.
Golden State Adult Day Health Care provides medical, rehabilitative, and social support to adults (individuals) over the age of 18 facing physical or mental challenges, with the aim of enhancing their ability to care for themselves. Our high-quality services are delivered through personalized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each individual.

For Eligible Individuals
The entire program cost may be covered by Medi-Cal Managed Care Health Plan. Participants who are not covered by Medi-Cal may enroll with customized charge as a (Private Pay).
